Welcome to Move with Leah ("MWL") Studio! By accessing this website, registering for services, or participating in studio activities, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 

1. Studio Services

MWL provides fitness and wellness services, including:

• - Strength and conditioning classes
• - Personal training and coaching
• - Yoga and mobility sessions
• - Independent workouts (Open Studio Access)
• - Online scheduling and membership management

All services are subject to availability and may change periodically.

2. Eligibility & Participation 

By participating in services offered by MWL, you confirm that:

• • • • - You are participating voluntarily
      • - You are physically capable of engaging in fitness activities, or have consulted an appropriate medical professional
      • - You are responsible for following the recommendations of your healthcare providers and for exercising within your capabilities
      • - You will follow the instructor's guidance and studio safety expectations

MWL reserves the right to refuse participation where safety or conduct expectations are not met, or concerns arise. 

3. Assumption of Risk 

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including risk of injury.

By participating in services provided by MWL, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants are required to complete applicable waivers and acknowledgments before participating.

MWL operates the fitness studio from a private residential facility. By attending the studio, you acknowledge that:

·         This is not a commercial gym environment

·         Access is limited to scheduled sessions only

·         Certain areas are private and restricted

·         Entryways, driveways, and outdoor surfaces may be uneven or weather-affected

4. Memberships, Bookings & Payments

Memberships and class bookings are managed through Gymdesk.

By registering, you agree to:

• - Provide accurate account information
• - Maintain current payment information where applicable
• - Follow studio booking and cancellation policies

Failure to maintain an active membership and/or class pass, or have outstanding balances for services, may impact access to the studio, online booking, and/or membership privileges.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

To help maintain fair access to classes and coaching sessions:

• Cancellations should be made within the designated cancellation window (2 hours in advance for group classes and 24 hours for private sessions)
• Missed sessions or repeated no-shows may be subject to fees or loss of booking privileges

·         Exercise within their personal limits

·         Inform instructors of injuries or concerns

·         Use equipment responsibly

MWL reserves the right to stop or modify participation where safety concerns exist
