Hi, I’m Leah! Movement has been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember.

From competing as a national-level gymnast to coaching athletes, teaching yoga, and stepping into the world of powerlifting, I’ve had the opportunity to explore what the body is truly capable of - strength, flexibility, resilience, and everything in between. What I have learned along the way is that the magic happens when you bring those elements together.

My approach is built on balance. Strength and mobility. Challenge and recovery. Structure and freedom. Whether you’re stepping into your first class or pushing into new territory, my goal is to create an environment where you feel supported, capable, and inspired to try something new.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals from beginners to advanced athletes, kids to adults, helping each person build confidence in their body and develop a deeper connection between mind and movement. Because real progress isn’t just about performance, it’s about awareness.

I believe health isn’t a look, it’s a feeling. It’s the confidence to move freely, the strength to take on new challenges, and the energy to show up fully in your life.

Inside the studio, you can expect thoughtful programming, intentional movement, and a community that makes showing up something you actually look forward to.

Outside of it? You’ll usually find me upside down working on handstands, lifting heavy, or out in the mountains with my dog, Mia.
