Flow & Restore
This hour long class gives you the best of both worlds. The body benefits from movement, and the mind - from stillness. The first half of the class is a strong flow, connecting breath with movement for stability and strength. The second half is dedicated to long restorative holds for increased mobility and deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
Restorative
Great for beginners and all levels. This hour long gentle practice uses various props, bolsters and straps to fully support the body through each pose. While the body is still, we maintain focus on the breath, body sensations, and observe thoughts that arise. Each pose is held for a minimum of 5 minutes for gentle stretch and deep relaxation of mind and body, with emphasis on letting go.
Mobility for Lifters
This hour long class targets the common areas of tightness for regular gym goers, weightlifters, powerlifters and strongman. Mobility is essential for proper lifting mechanics and recovery. When our muscles and joints have limited range of motion, the body has to compensate in order to complete the movement patterns required in our lifts, which can lead to pain or injury. Learn to move more efficiently, breathe better and strengthen your mind-body connection.
